To begin the return process, email support@spellroll.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Reason for return
Clear photos or video of the item (if damaged or defective)
Your shipping address and phone number
Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps via email.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process it within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once it’s completed.
If the product is damaged or defective, a full refund will be issued.
For non-quality-related returns, shipping and handling fees will be deducted.
All refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
If paid via credit or debit card, the refund may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank.
To Be Eligible for a Return
Item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
You must provide a valid order number or receipt.
Only items purchased directly from www.spellroll.com are eligible.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
To start a return, please email us at support@spellroll.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us ASAP at support@spellroll.com with your order number.

Orders that have already been shipped or packed cannot be changed or canceled.
